Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid IDX digital services where fees are charged by IDX (including certain Tools automations), not to third-party network gas paid on-chain.

Digital services

Many IDX offerings are automated. SOL spent as network gas, swap slippage, or protocol fees is generally non-refundable. Platform service fees may be reviewed case by case when a service fails to deliver due to an IDX platform error.

Non-refundable operational costs

Network and swap fees, RPC costs, and maintenance fees are operational expenses required to run IDX Tools and related automations. These costs are not refundable once incurred — including fees already paid for on-chain transactions, swap routing, RPC usage, or platform upkeep — even if you stop a bot or end a session.

Bot recharges & unused gas

Where Tools dashboards offer stop and refund of unused bot gas to a wallet you control, follow the in-product refund flow after stopping the bot.

How to request a review

Contact us via the contact form with transaction details, timeframe, product used, and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Please contact IDX before initiating a payment chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

You may stop automations from product dashboards at any time. Stopping does not automatically refund third-party or already-consumed fees.
