1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IDX ecosystem, including the idxsolana.io website, IDX Solana Tools, IDX Wallet, IDX Business Wallet, IDX Screener, IDX AutoBot services, APIs, applications, smart contract interfaces, automation tools, and any other products, features, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

IDX Solana is an AI-powered Web3 innovation company building infrastructure and tools on the Solana ecosystem. Our Services are designed to support digital asset creation, management, analytics, automation, liquidity operations, and interactions with decentralized applications and blockchain networks.

By accessing, connecting a wallet to, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced . If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.



2. Description of Services

IDX Solana operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance. We provide software, infrastructure, automation tools, analytics platforms, wallet services, APIs, and smart contract interfaces designed to facilitate participation in Web3 ecosystems.

Our Services may include, without limitation:

  • IDX Wallet & IDX Business Wallet – Non-custodial digital asset management interfaces that enable users to store, manage, transfer, and interact with supported blockchain networks and decentralized applications.

  • IDX Solana Tools & Automation Services – Platforms and utilities that assist users with token creation, token management, liquidity operations, analytics, automation workflows, and other blockchain-related activities.

  • IDX Screener & Analytics Services – Data aggregation, monitoring, market intelligence, and analytics tools designed to provide insights into digital asset markets and blockchain activity.

  • Smart Contract Interfaces – User interfaces that facilitate interactions with public blockchain networks and third-party decentralized protocols.

  • AI-Assisted Features – Artificial intelligence-powered tools and automation features intended to enhance user efficiency, analytics, and workflow management. Such features are provided for informational and operational assistance only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • Wallet Integration: To use certain features, you may need to connect a compatible digital wallet. You retain full control and responsibility over your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.

  • Security: IDX Solana will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your wallet or account information.

5. Assumption of Risk


Engaging with Web3, blockchain technology, and AI-driven tools involves significant risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Market Volatility: The prices of digital assets are extremely volatile. You assume all risks associated with fluctuations in token value.

  • No Financial Advice: The information provided by our Services, including the IDX Screener and AI bots, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

​

  • Technological Risks: You accept the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems, smart contracts, decentralized networks, and AI algorithms, including but not limited to bugs, exploits, hacks, or network congestion on the Solana blockchain.

​

  • Immutability: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. IDX cannot cancel, reverse, or modify any transaction once broadcasted to the network.

​

6. Prohibited Activities


You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or financing terrorism.

  • Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI systems, smart contracts, or infrastructure.

​

  • Introducing viruses, malicious code, or initiating denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights


All intellectual property rights in the Services—including the AI algorithms, proprietary software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (including the "IDX Tools" and "IDX Solana" names)—are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.


8. Disclaimers


THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IDX SOLANA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.


9. Limitation of Liability


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IDX SOLANA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


10. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IDX Solana and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.


11. Third-Party Links and Services


Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party protocols. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or smart contracts. Your interactions with third parties are entirely at your own risk.
