• Security: IDX Technologies will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your wallet or account information.

Engaging with Web3, blockchain technology, and AI-driven tools involves significant risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Market Volatility: The prices of digital assets are extremely volatile. You assume all risks associated with fluctuations in token value.

• No Financial Advice: The information provided by our Services, including the IDX Screener and AI bots, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

• Technological Risks: You accept the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems, smart contracts, decentralized networks, and AI algorithms, including but not limited to bugs, exploits, hacks, or network congestion on the Solana blockchain.

• Immutability: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. IDX cannot cancel, reverse, or modify any transaction once broadcasted to the network.

All intellectual property rights in the Services—including the AI algorithms, proprietary software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (including the "IDX Technologies" and "IDX Solana" names)—are owned by us or our licensors.
