Design and implement effective governance systems for IDX's decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). You'll create governance frameworks, voting mechanisms, and community engagement processes that enable decentralized decision-making while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement DAO governance frameworks\n- Develop governance proposals and documentation\n- Manage governance forum and discussion platforms\n- Facilitate community voting and decision-making processes\n- Analyze governance data and participation metrics\n- Educate community members on governance processes\n- Coordinate with legal team on compliance requirements

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in DAO or digital governance\n- Strong understanding of blockchain governance models\n- Experience with governance tools and platforms\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n- Data analysis and visualization abilities\n- Understanding of governance economics and incentives\n- Community management experience

Preferred Skills

- Background in political science or organizational governance\n- Experience with Snapshot, Tally, or similar tools\n- Knowledge of legal frameworks for DAOs\n- Experience with governance token models
